To prove that we can all read... What book(s) are you currently reading? Or what was the last book you read? The last book I finished was Neil Gaiman's "American Gods" and at the moment I'm reading (in-between graphic novels ) "Use of Weapons" by Iain M. Banks and "Sophie's World" by Jostein Gaarder. ta daa

The last book I read for fun was Stupid White Men by Michael Moore. Someone was reading that on the tube yesterday. I thought it looked intruiging.

It is very good, I'd recommend it. He has plenty of interesting things to say, though he does have a tendency to rant. I really want to see 'Bowling for Columbine'

I've just finished 'More...Now...Again...' By Elizabeth Wurtzel. I am now re-reading 1984 just for the hell of it as it was the closest book to me last night. (Lauren. I must give you back the catcher in the rye. I've stolen it for months. All apologies.)

I'm reading 'How to be Good' by Nick Hornby The last book I read was 'Man and Boy' by Tony Parsons - if you haven't read it I thoroughly recommend it. A book has never made me cry so hard before, at the end I just starting crying then just as I was about to stop I'd start again cause there was another sad bit and so by the end even when there were happy bits I couldn't stop crying and I sat there for about half an hour after just crying thinking "how shit is my life?" Not because the book made me think i had a crap life but because i was crying so i could only think of crap things...

I haven't eaten at McDs for about 4 years, but I went to BK on Sunday:-( Only because I wanted to use the toilets! I just had chicken wings! Oh, and... Starbucks.
I'm a bad person.
Anyway... I am now attempting, despite revising, to get through 'A Confederacy Of Dunces', which, I just discovered, is being filmed.

Just finished "Look to Windward" by Iain M. Banks. He's so damn good, I just wish the book covers weren't so nerdy. Ok, so that's not a great example, but I hate bog standard sci-fi covers with big shiny silver spaceships in space with stars and, look, they're in space...
