I'm reading a book called "Mutants" it's a pop science book about genetics and human mutations. I also got a book called "Critical Mass" which is a bit sociological, about how mass movements spread, people are influenced etc... Just read a pop psychology book called "Emotional Intelligence" which was quite depressing, as it told me "Peff, you have a high IQ but you didn't do very well in school because your social skills are whack and everyone thought you were a weirdo. In the future, your lack of hope and tendency to err on the pessimistic side will mean you will never achieve your full potential in anythng you undertake." Ah, but now we know it's just because I'm autistic! Hurrah! |
