Simply post the names of people you think are cool and why. Rules: One per post. Must be famous - no boyfriends/girlfriends/mums/etc. Try and get a photo Not just people you fancy. They must have some kind of merit to them.

Jimmy Gnecco - he screams so tunefully and has a lovely look. I like his philosophy about writing songs from the heart before writing songs that people like. He says that sometimes he likes being miserable because "at least it's feeling something". He writes incredible lyrics, for example "love everyone but keep them far from your soul." His screams are fuelled by "memories of growing up and not fitting in." That's enough. ;D

[glow=red,2,300]Quentin Tarantino[/glow]I can officially say I do not fancy Quentin Tarantino, but he's directed and starred in some of the classic films of all time. He's cool. That was my attempt at posting a picture, I realise it most probably hasn't worked!Edit - We tried to fix your picture, but couldn't find the page, so I got another picture of him for you (Peff)

Josh Freese, drummer for The Vandals, A Perfect Circle, Devo, and plenty of other people besides. Plays all styles comfortably, and in my humble opinion one of the greatest drummers on the planet today. Not to mention he has his own solo album where he plays everything in a Dave Grohl stylee. Oh, and the hair, he had a mohawk for a while, before moving on the pink you see above, which I am hoping to emulate myself come summer.

This is Robert Smith. He's the singer, songwriter and guitarist (and sometime bassist and keyboardist) for The Cure. The Cure are one of the most influential bands to have ever come out of the UK music scene. Need I say more?

Simon Pegg, comedian. He is so funny, he has a great surreal sense of humour, and Spaced is one of my favourite programmes.

David Bowie. He's so cool. Everyone steals from Bowie, even if not intentionally. He just opened so many doors for people and is so classy. I love his music and he is an amazing artist.

Tim Burton has created some of my favourite films ever. He shows things in an amazing way, I love the dark and gothic feel he gives in his films and his imagination, intelligence and creativity.

Johnny Thunders. He (when not clouded by heroin) was an amazing guitarist.
