Was it just me or did that AFI gig kick ass!!! I was so happy 2 be there, THANX PEFFY!!!!!!!! You gave me the chance to meet one of my favorite bands, & i did!!! Also thanx 2 all 3 of you for screaming at Tyler & Heath for me. Heath is so super great!!! For those of you I haven't told yet, we met 2 members of Midtown & they were really nice especially Heath. He gave me a massive hug  It made my year!!! I know it's only just started but it has started pretty badly. Tyler was just happy 2 see they had an english fan. Heath spoke to us alot and he's so super great. But I guess I'll stop talking bout that know coz you'll all get pissed off with me. Anyway the main attraction was, of course, with out a doubt AFI. Wot the hell was Davey wearing!!! Who put him up to it? Actually, I didn't mind it too much but it was very...well...to put it bluntly...very white. But he did look very nice, I LOVE HIS HAIR!!! Soz, I got a little bit too excited with the remembering. Hunter, Jade & Adam all looked pretty damn fine 2. But Jade didn't have his nice shoes on but I guess we can forgive him. I think Davey should be a ballet dancer coz he was throwing himself around but it was great. Well I've babbeled enough & I'm sure the others would probabl;y like something to say so I shall leave u all in peace.

They played Morningstar and Midnight Sun! They never play those songs! And Davey put his arm protectively on Jade's shoulder during Morningstar   Nice.

I was really disappointed by the reaction to Days of the Phoenix. Don't call me hypocritical - I know we cover it in our ste, and I do think it's a good song, but I also own all of their albums, love most of their songs, and sing along for a fair few. Most of the crowd didn't know it was DotP until the guitar part kicked in, and then there was a huge ROAR. *sigh* I felt embarrased to be surrounded by all these blatant newbies.

Thanks to Lizzie and Charlie's constant ramblings on the subject, [glow=purple,2,300]Me, Helen and Lauren [/glow]are now fluent in all things AFI related.  We know all their names what instruments they play, their brothers names, the camera guy's name, the sound check guy's name...

;D yet we couldn't name a single track by them...?  Actually thats a lie, I know about 3,but we couldnt tell you how any of them go!
