Both of whom are playing in Brighton soonish. I am going to see Mr Grech. I believe Lilli and Peff (and Rob) will also be there.

I saw Martin Grech on tuesday, a friend's band were supporting so I was on the guest list ;D He was very good, a lot heavier and more riffage than I was expecting, but definitely a pleasant surprise. Open Heart Zoo (the song) sounds unbelievably amazing live too.

Yup, 5 of them in total. He played guitar on some of the songs, including a little acoustic one in the middle, but for a lot of the time he was just on vocals.

OoohOoohh, I have the tickets in my pocket and when i bought them they were playing Joey Ramones version of "it's a wonderful world" and they had a little joey ramone doll and the guy in the shop was so proud of it! But yes, MArtin Grech tickets IN MY POCKET. And they will remain there until I sneak into Peffy's room and put one somewhere where she can see it in the morning.

argh, i totally forgot you said you were going, i'm such a fool. it was a spur of the moment thing, i had nothing better to do and it was only a fiver, so i figured i'd go see him again. whereabouts were you? i saw vex red on the wednesday too, but that was only really cos i wanted to see biffy clyro again and buy a t-shirt this time around  and that i did, and i must say vex red were a lot better than i had previously thought. their singer could give ilhan mansiz a run for his money too  |
