She's an American poet who's heavily inspired by Richey from the Manics. If you like this, I can get you more.
smile.
smile they say i hate them for saying it. smile they say as if it's that simple. if only it was that easy for everything to change in one facial expression. i wish that by turning up the corners of my mouth that i could change who i am what i feel and everything inside my head. smile they say as if smiling were the solution. smile they say.

Nicky revealed that Richey did not particularly enjoy this fan worship. For a start, he saw his self-abuse as a weakness, not something to be revered or copied. And he openly expressed weariness at the adulation he recieved ' About 4 weeks before Richet went missing,' Nicky told NME, 'we were chatting. We had so much poetry off anorexics and a lot of it was so shit even Richey was getting fed up - not another pile of this again. I said "Look, I'm going to have to write a song taking the piss out fo thier poetry." And he was laughing. He said, "Yeah." He'd go " Oh no, not another fucking poem about eating an apple in the morning!" Even though he was suffering, he still had it, the cynicism.'
