What is Instead Of May's view on file-sharing?

I was wondering because, out of curiosity, I searched Audiogalaxy and found that 'Axphyxiate' is on there. Only one person seems to be sharing it and, since the EP hasn't been officially launched yet, I'm guessing it must be one of you... unless it's the 'Kitchen Version'.

I don't know... who ever has it is never online:-( I'm not even sure whether it's the EP version or the kitchen one off the website.

And, btw, audiogalaxy rocks, but some people seem to find it unreliable. Luckily it likes me:-) It has loads of great live/rare stuff.

I did eventually get it... it is the kitchen version, so it wasn't a major mystery. It could have been anyone who d/loaded it and stuck it in their MP3 folder.
