wow, i was talking about tea in the 'today ive been mostly doing' (or whatever its called) thread and i didnt even realise that this was here! i cant believe we lived without it for so long.
dont have many facts (not that you need them cos of stef) but i do know that chinese green tea tastes worse every time you try it and makes your stomach all queasy so just stick with the good tetley's kind or summat. ok?

I think you'll find that co-op tea is better than any multinational brand AND it's fair trade...
Tea is SO preferable to coffee which is just icky...
Did you know (you probably did cos there is so much tea-related information here that i didn't read it all) that you can get a PhD in dunking biscuits? What qualifications would you need to do that? er... food tech? Like Charlie says though, "the exam is probably a bitch"

Doing my own bit of research (for my phd in biscuit dunking)... what IS the ideal biscuit for tea dunking? I happen to think it might be the chocolate covered rich tea as it doesn't get quite as soggy as the digestive so you can hold it in a bit longer so the choccy melts...

When Natalie Imbruglia was on Graham Norton, they had these australian biscuits that were like straws... you bit the end off, filled it with tea by sucking, then quickly ate it. Sounds impressive, are they available in the UK?

What would they be called?
Tea Hole Biccys?
Sounds vaguely golfish.
Ha! That sounds like 'goldfish'.
Any ideas?
